Fans & Blowers
The increasing processing power per cabinet has also
elevated the heat generated by the systems. This increased
temperature can be disastrous to servers and other network
equipment. Excessive heat is one of the top reasons for system
failure and resulting down time. Targeting cool air to the
computer front intake and extracting heat from the back of the cabinets can help increase the efficiency
of existing under floor cooling. In instances where there is
insufficient room cooling, a portable cooling device can improve air
flow and temperature in hot spots.

Enclosure Blower
|
|
Unique design minimizes power consumption while optimizing cabinet airflow. On a raised floor, the blower provides optimum cooling by delivering the coldest plenum air directly to the server fronts where cooling air in-takes are located, resulting in decreased potential downtime and increased server life.

APC Rack Air |
| The Rack Air Distribution Unit is a 2U fan unit that works with an existing precision air conditioning system to deliver cool air to the equipment contained in a rack enclosure. The Rack Air Distribution Unit connects into the raised floor and pulls supply air directly into the enclosure. This prevents the conditioned air from mixing with warmer room air before reaching the equipment. |

Rittal Rear Door Spot Fan |
|
Rittal's Rear Door fan system provides two 110 CFM fans which
can be mounted to the rear door of server cabinets to help
exhaust warm air from higher load areas of the cabinet.
Slim design allows for mounting to split rear doors. |
