Row Cooling Solutions with Active Cooling

Row-Based Cooling solutions provide cooling directly to multiple adjacent cabinets.  These solutions are typically deployed in locations that do not have traditional computer room air conditioning.  They may also be implemented to augment existing cooling, especially in areas where cabinets are densely populated.  Options range from medium-density (5 to 7kW per cabinet) to high-density (20+ kW per cabinet).

The InfraStruXure InRow is a family of computer room air conditioning systems designed for installation in the row to maximize sensible cooling and increase efficiency.  The units capture heat directly from the hot aisle and distributes cool air to the front of the cabinets.  Air and Water-Cooled are available.

The XDV is installed above or on the rack enclosure. It draws in hot air from inside the enclosure or from the Hot Aisle. It then cools the air and discharges it down into the Cold Aisle. Connects via flexible piping and uses pumped refrigerant technology.
