Hi-Flow Air Tiles have up to a 65% opening vs. the 25% opening on traditional perforated tiles to deliver more than double the amount of cooled air to data center racks. Position the tiles directly in front of racks that hot spots or in the entire cold aisle of your high density racks. Designed to provide optimal data center and server farm hot spot cooling for any raised floor systems that have maximum stringer width of 1.75”. These panels are built to provide up to 3000 lb of concentrated capacities while versatile enough to be adjusted vertically or horizontally to flush mount to most all raised floor systems, regardless of age.

The Integrated Dual Handles provide safe, balanced lifting and placement of panel without danger of trapping fingers or toes while eliminating the need to search for suction cup lifters. Hi-Plume Stratification Fin helps bring air to the top of the cabinets. PowderPlate textured encapsulated finishes are electrostatically applied providing the lowest maintenance and longest lasting finish available in the industry. Available in several color choices.

Hi-Flow Air Tiles are constructed from heavy-gauge steel and engineered to fit any existing raised flooring system. Simply remove current floor tile and replace it with the Hi-Flow Air Tile. Patented Lift-n-Lock handle system allows for easy removal.
