2U Blower Supplies Cooled Air Up Front of Server Cabinets
The Delphi enclosure blower is designed to help lower temperatures in cabinets housing servers and other electronic devices by up to 15°F while using only 2 RMU (rackmount units) of mounting space. By helping lower cabinet temperatures, the Delphi enclosure blower helps prevent overheating of critical microprocessors and other electronic components that are consuming more electricity as they grow more powerful. Designed for quiet, long-life operation, the Delphi enclosure blower generates significantly greater discharge pressures than conventional fans, substantially increasing the cooling benefit.		Directs Under Floor Air Up Front of Cabinet Where Servers Need It The Delphi enclosure blower provides optimum cooling by delivering the coldest under-floor air directly to the server fronts where cooling air-intakes are located. This helps provide best possible server cooling, and helps lower potential downtime and increase server life.
For higher power cooling, the Delphi enclosure blower can be used in conjunction with perforated front and rear doors and filler panels to close all gaps between rack-mounted equipment. This helps secure a cold air path along the front of the equipment so the coldest air can be delivered where it is most needed.
