Integrated Server Cabinet System Designed to Optimize
Cooling Efficiency

EnviroCab is a server cabinet system designed specifically
for optimizing cooling efficiency. It is specifically designed
to prevent front to back air mixing within the cabinet.
Studies have estimated that as much as 40% of exhaust air can
re-circulate to the server intake within the cabinet.
Preventing this situation improves cooling efficiency for any hot aisle/cold aisle layouts and is ideal for aisle containment. A generous 70% door perforation pattern facilitates high airflow to and from servers. Blanking panels and cable opening covers are also available to help maintain cold aisle integrity.

The base cabinet has been designed to
accept numerous add-ons to accommodate higher load densities.
These add-ons include aisle containment doors, ceiling panels,
fan assisted chimney duct, plenum air diffuser and water-cooled
rear door heat exchanger. The result is a versatile and scalable
cabinet capable of accommodating heat loads ranging from 3 kW to
30 kW. |
