Displays: Video Cube Walls
Video or Data Walls are the focal point and most
inspiring component in a command center environment. Video Cubes have
virtually no frame around the screen. Displays can be placed
side-by-side and stacked to create a near seamless wall. Most video walls are intended to provide a strong impression, however, functionality cannot be over looked. There are several factors to take into consideration in deciding the most appropriate wall size, technology and manufacturer.
Data Center Resources can assist you in determining the right configuration for your project. Contact one of our project specialists today.
LCD (liquid crystal display) projectors contain three separate LCD glass panels, one each for red, green, and blue components of the image signal being fed into the display. Image richness and sharpness are superior in LCD displays making them preferable for walls with more computer applications.

DLP ("Digital Light Processing") is a proprietary technology developed by Texas Instruments. Instead of having glass panels through which light is passed, the DLP chip is a reflective surface made up of thousands of tiny mirrors. Each mirror represents a single pixel. DLP typically has higher contrast and higher color
saturation making it preferable for video intensive applications.
