Large individual displays can be an effective addition to
the control room. Critical network information, weather updates
and other important applications can be displayed for easy viewing
across the room. Technology progression has increased the size of
plasma and LCD displays. Multi-input processors allow for up to 12
inputs to be displayed on a single monitor. Inputs can be from a
mixture of video and computer sources. Each input is displayed on
a re-sizable windows.

Traditional video quads display each video signal at 25% of true resolution. The 4View is different - all four video inputs are displayed at full resolution on a 1280 x 1024p or 1600 x 1200i pixel raster, and any input can be scaled up to full screen. The improvement in visual quality is stunning.
Display modes include full screen, quad mode, labeling, and bank switching of up to 8 composite inputs. |
