| We have developed a simple form to allow you to
provide us with the basics of your project. This form lets
us know the general layout, how many monitors, available space

Preliminary
Layout and Product Introduction |
| Based on the information on your drawing request
form, we will prepare a preliminary overhead layout of the
proposed solution. This layout will allow you to see the
exact configuration, operator positions and detailed
dimensions. In addition, we will provide information with
pictures of the product(s) that best fit your stated

Modifications
and Adjustments |
| It is rare that the first layout will be the final
perfect solution. Typically, it will take on or two
revisions to get to a solution that meets the space and
functionality requirements of all involved parties. |

Preliminary
Proposal |
| Once a configuration is achieved, we can provide
pricing estimates for the product(s) that best fit your
needs. Often there is more than one product that meets the
basic functionality. These products may differ in
construction, grade, finish and price. |

Modifications
and Adjustments |
| The price may be a perfect fit within the budget
but it also may not. Additional modifications to the
layout, product and/or accessories may be necessary to bring the
pricing to the desired level. |

Detailed
Color Renderings |
| Once the configuration, pricing and product are
decided we can provide a photo realistic color rendering of the
proposed solution. The rendering can depict room details such as
walls, doors, video displays, conference tables and more to give
you an excellent visual of what the product will look like in

Order
Placement and Sign-Off Drawings |
| Upon receipt of the order we will prepare the
final drawing package which provides details drawings of the
specific product, color and configuration you selected.
You will be required to sign each page of the drawing package
and fax it back to us before we can process the order.
Some of our manufacturers also require a deposit of up to 50%
due to the custom nature of console furniture. We will
provide the terms of the product in the proposals. |

Product
Manufacture |
| Manufacturing time will vary by
manufacturer. Even though most console furniture comes in
standard size modules, they are always built to order.
Plan on 4 to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer and order
backlog. |

Delivery and
Installation |
| Before delivery we will provide a Logistics Form
which help prevent unforeseen problems in delivery or
installation. The form confirms details such as elevator
size, door widths and other important items that are easy to
overlook. We typically recommend that our installers
assemble the product however, some products can be installed by
the purchaser with little problem. We will price the
installation cost on the proposal to allow you to decide. |
